Do you need a loan for your enterprise? MACED offers loans ranging from $500 to $500,000. Loans can be used for most business purposes, including: startup or growth funding, purchase of an established business, purchase of equipment or real estate, inventory and accounts receivable financing, contract or short-term working capital financing and debt restructuring. MACED can help your enterprise at every stage of its development.
New enterprises will need to include a business plan. For assistance in writing a business plan, please visit your nearest Kentucky Small Business Development Center.
The MACED loan application is downloadable as either a fillable Microsoft Excel file, or a non-fillable PDF file. The Excel version may be completed on your computer then saved for submission via e-mail. The PDF version may be printed out, completed on paper then mailed or faxed in.

Please see the checklist at the bottom of page two of the Enterprise Loan Application Form to learn what information needs to be included with your application package.

When you have completed the application packet, please submit it via e-mail, mail or fax using the contact information below. Please submit forms saved electronically by e-mail. Mail or fax in any forms you are not able to provide electronically. You will need to mail in the application fee. All items may be dropped off at MACED’s Berea, Hazard or Paintsville offices. It would be a good idea to call a day or two after submission to make sure MACED’s staff received your application.
After all needed information has been provided, loan processing and decision-making typically ranges from ten days for a small loan up to four weeks for a larger loan.
