Carrie returned to MACED in 2017, and has been in the role of Energy Programs Coordinator since 2019. A Kentucky native, she received her Master’s degree in International Public Affairs from the University of Wisconsin at Madison. Carrie has worked for non-profits in energy, policy and social justice work, including over three years at MACED as a Research and Policy Associate. She lives in Lexington with her husband and two boys, and enjoys baking, hiking, reading, and talking too much about energy policy and utility reform.
